Quadrant Housing Trust<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.morgansindall.com\/\">Morgan Sindall Consortium<\/a> (Morgan Sindall, Muse and Lovell)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.native-land.com\/\">Native Land<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhggroup.org.uk\/\">Notting Hill Genesis<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.optivo.org.uk\/\">Optivo<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.peabody.org.uk\/home\">Peabody<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinnaclegroup.co.uk\/\">Pinnacle Group<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Prospect House Consortium (Stanhope, Network Homes and Laing O&#8217;Rourke)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.quintain.co.uk\/\">Quintain<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redrow.co.uk\/\">Redrow<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Swan Igloo Consortium (Swan Housing Association and Igloo)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.telfordhomes.london\/\">Telford Homes<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.uandiplc.com\/\">U+I<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/unitedliving.co.uk\/\">United Living<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The framework can be used by public landowners for sites in Greater London, providing a more efficient method for selecting development partners for their sites.<\/p>\n<p>Jason Margrave, Quintain\u2019s Executive Director of Development, said: \u201cOur selection to this panel is recognition of our leading role in mixed-use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/is-urban-regeneration-worth-the-effort\/43468\/\">regeneration<\/a> and in particular the build-to-rent sector, creating over 7,000 new homes in Wembley Park.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur appointment to this new panel presents an exciting opportunity to help set the agenda for mixed-use placemaking and housing in the capital, as we ourselves look to expand our London portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe look forward to working closely with City Hall and public land owners to make an important contribution to London\u2019s housing market and deliver crucial new projects across the capital.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sam Hockman, Divisional COO (South) for ENGIE\u2019s Places &amp;
