{"id":46083,"date":"2018-08-30T11:53:55","date_gmt":"2018-08-30T10:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=46083"},"modified":"2018-08-30T11:53:55","modified_gmt":"2018-08-30T10:53:55","slug":"offsite-housing-framework","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/mmc-news\/offsite-housing-framework\/46083\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a32bn offsite housing framework revealed"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Construction firms will have the chance to bid for a place on an offsite housing\u00a0framework\u00a0set to be renewed by procurement specialist LHC, worth around \u00a32bn<\/h2>\n<p>Under the new arrangement, separate panels of firms will be selected to deliver a selection of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/modular-construction-news\/offsite-housing-scheme\/46012\/\">offsite housing<\/a> projects across regions in England, Wales and Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>The four-year offsite housing framework is expected to offer work worth up to \u00a31bn in England, \u00a3600m in Scotland and \u00a3400m in Wales.<\/p>\n<p>The framework has been split into four workstreams. These include: volumetric systems (including options for housing, apartments, adaptive pods, roof extensions and temporary accommodation); <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/modular-construction-news\/modular-building\/45067\/\">panelised systems<\/a>;
