{"id":46822,"date":"2018-09-05T19:59:01","date_gmt":"2018-09-05T18:59:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=46822"},"modified":"2018-09-07T09:06:37","modified_gmt":"2018-09-07T08:06:37","slug":"free-seminars-fire-detection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/health-safety-news\/free-seminars-fire-detection\/46822\/","title":{"rendered":"Free seminars on the fire detection and alarm systems"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/stakeholders\/fia-fire-industry-association\/35063\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fire Industry Association<\/a> will be giving two free seminars on the topic of fire detection and alarm systems at the FIM Expo in October 2018<\/h2>\n<p>The Fire Industry Association, the UK\u2019s largest fire protection trade association, will be giving two free seminars on the topic of fire detection and alarm systems, aimed at those responsible for them in buildings.\u00a0 Will Lloyd, one of our Technical Managers who is currently involved in the writing of brand new fire detection &amp; alarm qualifications, will be speaking and giving his expert views.<\/p>\n<p>The event will be taking place 4<sup>th<\/sup> October at Doncaster Racecourse and is free to attend.<\/p>\n<h3>BS 5839-1: 2017 seminars for\u00a0fire detection and alarm systems<\/h3>\n<p>The two free seminars on BS 5839-1:2017 will be available to attendees of this year\u2019s FIM Expo, 4<sup>th<\/sup> October 2018 in Doncaster.
