Upton Gardens, an 842 unit mixed-tenure development of private sale and affordable housing has been launched on the site of West Ham\u2019s former Upton Park stadium in East London<\/h2>\n

Continuing their work in the London Borough of Newham, SiteSales Property Group<\/a> is providing consultancy on pricing, allocation, sales and marketing for the first 113 affordable housing units to come onto the market.<\/p>\n

The Upton Gardens development, which is part of the wider regeneration<\/a> of the Newham area, includes 66 properties which have been allocated for shared ownership, with the remaining 47 available under affordable rent. Affordable rent units will be prioritised for key workers who live or work in the Newham Borough. The unique architecture of the buildings mirrors the layout of the former football ground which was West Ham\u2019s stadium for over 110 years.<\/p>\n

Property prices begin at \u00a3325,000 for the one-bedroom properties, rising to \u00a3399,000 for the two-bedroom properties and \u00a3490,000 for the three-bedroom properties.<\/p>\n

The Upton Gardens development is close to public transport connections, just six minutes\u2019 walk from Upton Park Underground station and 15 minutes on the tube to central London.<\/p>\n
