The\u00a0revolutionary dual view dumper developed by Wacker Neuson<\/a> features a new swivel seat and operator console.<\/p>\n This allows the dual view dumper to be driven in a traditional\u00a0forward tipping mode as well as a truck mode with the skip at the rear once the operator\u2019s seat and the console is rotated through 180 degrees.<\/p>\n P. Flannery<\/a> managing director, Patrick Flannery said: \u201cWe aspire to lead the way in the equipment hire industry and feel strongly that the best way to do this is keep people safe and embrace innovation and change as it comes along.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are committed to phasing out standard forward tipping larger dumpers and see this innovation as the start of that process.\u201d<\/p>\n He said Flannery had placed an order for 60 six tonne and 9-tonne dumpers, with the first due to enter service next month.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen the dual view range was launched at Hillhead earlier this year it was clear to us that it offers considerable safety advantages onsite<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe fact that these machines offer 90% more visibility in the operator\u2019s field of vision than is required to comply with ISO 5006:2017 is an obvious advantage,\u201d Flannery added.<\/p>\n The ability to rotate the operator station also avoids time-consuming turning and manoeuvring onsite, increasing efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n The DV60 and DV90 dumpers come with operator\u00a0cabs and features\u00a0that are more commonplace on diggers and loaders.<\/p>\n
