Winvic Construction Ltd<\/a> has been appointed by Lionel House Developments Ltd and Aberdeen Standard Investments<\/a> (ASI) to develop a new 14-storey build-to-rent (BTR) complex<\/h2>\n

Located on the in Birmingham\u2019s Jewellery Quarter<\/a>, the development will comprise 259 high quality managed apartments. Including 156 one-bedroom, 90 two-bedroom and 13 three-bedroom residence.<\/p>\n

Features of the development also include a landscaped roof terraces, ground floor communal areas for residents, a 17-space car park and cycle storage for every apartment. Winvic is due to commence the works on Lionel House in June 2019 and will be ready for occupation by summer 2021. It brings the total number of multi-room beds that Winvic has been contracted for and completed to 7,183.<\/p>\n

Mark Jones, Winvic\u2019s Director of Multi-room, commented: \u201cAnother contract win<\/a> in Birmingham\u2019s Jewellery Quarter brings our total current multi-room projects to eight, and we always feel fortunate to work with new clients who have recognised our enthusiasm and expertise. We are looking forward to commencing this 14-storey, 259 apartment scheme later in the year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matt Horne of Stamford Property Investments Ltd added: \u201cWhile this is our third development in Birmingham<\/a>, it is the first time we have worked with Winvic.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe company\u2019s steady growth in the BTR sector, the quality of their projects and their working style impressed us from initial discussions. We are also delighted to be partnering with ASI and are looking forward to Winvic delivering a premium BTR scheme in 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n
