Southern Construction Framework (SCF) has announced the launch of the fourth generation of its construction framework<\/h2>\n

SCF revealed its new construction framework will be launched on 29 April across the South East, South West, and London regions.<\/p>\n

The current generation has delivered over \u00a32.5bn of public construction projects<\/a>, adding more than \u00a3110m of value for 75 public sector clients through its quality managed approach, whilst on average reducing costs by 1% in pre-construction.<\/p>\n

The 11 contractors appointed across the three Lots will deliver up to \u00a35.25bn in the four-year life of the framework.<\/p>\n

Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd<\/a><\/p>\n

SCF is a joint venture between Hampshire County Council<\/a> and Devon County Council<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Steve Clow, Assistant Director Property and Facilities, Hampshire County Council said: \u201cWe are delighted to announce the appointment of 11 contractors to the next generation of SCF. Andy Duff, Managing Director of Construction in the South and SCF framework director at Morgan Sindall Construction, added: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to have secured a place on the fourth Southern Construction Framework.<\/p>\n
