{"id":55478,"date":"2019-04-12T12:28:24","date_gmt":"2019-04-12T11:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=55478"},"modified":"2019-04-12T12:38:29","modified_gmt":"2019-04-12T11:38:29","slug":"london-greens-residential-scheme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/london-greens-residential-scheme\/55478\/","title":{"rendered":"London Green\u2019s Bromley residential scheme underway"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">SME residential property developer and investor, <a href=\"https:\/\/londongreen.com\/\">London Green<\/a>, has started the redevelopment of neighbouring buildings in the London Borough of Bromley<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/bromley-residential\/47546\/\">The combined scheme<\/a>, with a GDV in excess of \u00a38.5m, is to be known as The Glassworks and will comprise 28 high-end residential apartments with a mixture of sizes and layouts, including duplex units.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Many apartments will have private gardens or balconies and a large communal roof terrace will provide further amenity space.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The work will also include new facades for both neighbouring buildings, dramatically improving the external appearance and enhancing the street scene.
