{"id":55776,"date":"2019-04-18T12:34:37","date_gmt":"2019-04-18T11:34:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=55776"},"modified":"2019-04-18T12:34:37","modified_gmt":"2019-04-18T11:34:37","slug":"innovation-timber-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/mmc-news\/innovation-timber-sector\/55776\/","title":{"rendered":"CSIC and STA to boost innovation in the timber sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cs-ic.org\/\">Construction Scotland Innovation Centre<\/a> (CSIC) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.structuraltimber.co.uk\/\">Structural Timber Association<\/a> (STA) have announced they are joining forces to support structural timber businesses across the UK to innovate and grow<\/h2>\n<p>The partnership will build on the existing relationship between the two organisations, formed through several key collaborative projects that CSIC has already supported, with both the STA and its member company\u2019s CCG, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stewartmilne.com\/PageProducer.aspx\">Stewart Milne Group<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotframe.co.uk\/\">Scotframe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This joint venture will also create a strategic relationship between CSIC and the STA.
