Hadden Homes has gained planning permission to build 29 family homes and 10 affordable homes in Abernethy on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council<\/h2>\n

The Abernethy development has been designed to give an attractive mix of bungalows, semi-detached and detached family homes offering value for money for families looking to benefit from living in a historic village.<\/p>\n

In addition to the private homes, the Abernethy development is also delivering ten affordable homes to assist Perth and Kinross Council<\/a> and The Scottish Government in hitting their target of 50,000 new affordable homes<\/a> in Scotland by 2021. These homes on Newburgh Road, Abernethy are within five minutes of the local school, Abernethy Primary.<\/p>\n

The development is contributing \u00a3187,340 to education, and \u00a376,531 to transport infrastructure.<\/p>\n

As part of their Abernethy development, Hadden Homes are investing in the community and engaging with the local schools and organisations.<\/p>\n

Hadden Group\u2019s community engagement officer, Kirsty Clements has made plans to visit Abernethy Primary School to deliver a presentation on Site Safety<\/a> in order to deter children from entering building sites and jeopardising their safety. The presentation will be rounded off by launching a Hadden Homes sponsored poster competition for the children of the school to get involved in, and further implement the message set out by the presentation. The winning posters will be displayed on the fencing around their building site and will stay there for the duration of the development.<\/p>\n
