Interserve Group Limited<\/a> has announced that Ken Hanna will join the Board as a non-executive director and chairman of its equipment services business, RMD\u00a0Kwikform<\/a>, from 2 September 2019<\/h2>\n

Ken Hanna brings valuable international experience, with financial and leadership expertise through his current chairman roles at Aggreko plc\u00a0and Arena Events plc. Prior to this, Ken\u2019s career spans executive positions\u00a0at\u00a0Cadbury, Inchcape and\u00a0Dalgety.<\/p>\n

In addition to joining the Interserve\u00a0Group Limited Board, Ken\u2019s appointment as chairman of RMD\u00a0Kwikform\u00a0reflects a renewed focus on growth opportunities across the UK and international markets of\u00a0the\u00a0equipment services\u00a0division.<\/p>\n

Alan Lovell<\/a>, succeeded Glyn Barker on 15 July 2019 as chairman at Interserve. Mr Lovell, on the recent appointment of Ken Hanna, said: \u201cWe are very pleased to welcome Ken to Interserve.\u00a0His\u00a0wide-ranging senior management and boardroom experience will be a great asset to\u00a0our\u00a0Board.”<\/p>\n

Alan also brings commercial and board experience. His other current roles include chairman of Safestyle UK and the senior independent director of\u00a0SIG plc<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Alan concluded: “Ken\u2019s appointment will\u00a0also\u00a0provide valuable counsel for RMD\u00a0Kwikform, working with the team to ensure it continues to be the leading\u00a0engineering solutions provider of specialised temporary structures helping to deliver major infrastructure and building projects around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
