Atkins<\/a> has revealed its design for Ryanair\u2019s<\/a> new office campus in Dublin, comprising a state-of-the-art six-storey office development<\/h2>\n

The\u00a010,700 m sq,\u00a0<\/sup>six-storey office development will sit alongside Ryanair\u2019s existing head office at Airside Business Park, located close to Dublin Airport.<\/p>\n

Atkins was appointed earlier this year to lead the project from concept stage and planning application<\/a> through to detailed design, contractor procurement, construction supervision and project handover.<\/p>\n

Justin Norman, managing director of Atkins Ireland, said: \u201cThis is a significant project which adds to our portfolio of work supporting Ryanair\u2019s continued growth from a well-established base in Dublin. It\u2019s also allowed us to work with Ryanair to design a highly sustainable building in a fully digital environment, utilising BIM<\/a> to drive improved collaboration and efficiency.\u201d<\/p>\n

Atkins\u2019 design targets minimal environmental impacts and reduced operational costs through features such as solar panels, electric vehicle charging points, and energy efficient lighting. Sustainable Urban Drainage<\/a> will also be integrated to enhance the office development\u2019s existing ecological system.<\/p>\n

Thomas Fowler, director of Fuel & Facilities at Ryanair, commented: \u201cThis iconic office development is Dublin\u2019s new generation of contemporary workspace and is an exciting addition to North Dublin\u2019s global business district.<\/p>\n
