{"id":63927,"date":"2019-09-30T10:29:18","date_gmt":"2019-09-30T09:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=63927"},"modified":"2019-09-30T10:29:18","modified_gmt":"2019-09-30T09:29:18","slug":"london-residential-planning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/london-residential-planning\/63927\/","title":{"rendered":"Wandsworth leads the way for residential planning decisions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wandsworth.gov.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wandsworth Borough Council<\/a> leads the way in granting residential planning permissions across Greater London, as Barking &amp; Dagenham, Lewisham and Lambeth lag behind<\/h2>\n<p>Using statistics from the ministry of housing, communities &amp; local government, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertysolvers.co.uk\/sell-house-fast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Property Solvers<\/a> has extracted the total number of Greater London residential planning decisions between April and June.<\/p>\n<p>The London Borough of Wandsworth saw the highest volume of awarded major and minor planning grants. Of the 228 residential planning decisions, 190 (83%) received the go-ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Kensington &amp; Chelsea saw 128 of the 142 planning decisions granted (90%).
