The land takes in the Town Hall, Lancashire Cricket Club, and the former Kellogg\u2019s site including the University Academy 92 campus, stretching up to the A56 and White City retail park.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Council\u2019s proposals for the former Kellogg\u2019s site includes building a new leisure centre;
