Interserve<\/a> has been awarded a place on the new \u00a38bn Procure Partnerships Framework as a contractor partner, with access to construction contracts from \u00a31m up to \u00a325m-plus<\/h2>\n

The Procure Partnerships Framework (PPF) was established to support public sector bodies to procure construction contractor partners.<\/p>\n

PPF is designed to provide a flexible vehicle to allow customers to create bespoke tender events within the framework to meet their needs by simplifying procurement for the public sector, providing demonstrable value for money, saving time and delivering measurable social value<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The pilot for the PPF was in the North West region where Interserve was a contractor partner and through which it secured the \u00a313m contract to deliver a project to create art and heritage centre in Oldham\u2019s existing Victorian Grade 2-listed former library and museum.<\/p>\n

Members of the new framework, which runs for four years, will have access to contracts valued from \u00a31m up to \u00a325m-plus and covering a wide range of public construction projects including educational institutions; emergency services: the NHS; local authorities; social housing; housing associations; libraries and museums; the Ministry of Defence<\/a> and other Government departments.<\/p>\n

Interserve\u2019s strategic account director, Paul Harvey, said: \u201cWinning access to framework agreements is key to Interserve Construction\u2019s long-term strategy so we are especially pleased to join the Procure Partnerships Framework as a contractor partner.”<\/p>\n

This award comes just weeks after being awarded a place on four frameworks with Yorkshire Water<\/a> worth more than \u00a32bn and the government’s new \u00a330bn CCS Framework.<\/p>\n

Framework director, Robbie Blackhurst, said: \u201cThe Procure Partnerships Framework has been structured to offer clients an OJEU and PCR15 compliant route to market.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe recognise that the delivery of measurable social value is key for our public sector clients, and as such we have pledged to invest 12% of each project’s value back into social value activities while giving our public sector clients control over where that money is best spent.”<\/p>\n
