{"id":68639,"date":"2019-12-03T13:46:58","date_gmt":"2019-12-03T13:46:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=68639"},"modified":"2019-12-03T13:46:58","modified_gmt":"2019-12-03T13:46:58","slug":"wetherell-dexters-partnership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/wetherell-dexters-partnership\/68639\/","title":{"rendered":"Wetherell and Dexters form a partnership to improve operations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Estate agents <a href=\"https:\/\/wetherell.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wetherell<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dexters.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dexters<\/a> have formed a new partnership to enhance their lettings and property <\/span><span class=\"s1\">operations in\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">London\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The partnership will see further boosting Dexters\u2019 \u00a3100m turnover estate agency business. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Wetherell name won\u2019t change and chief executive Peter Wetherell will continue to head up Wetherell\u2019s Mount Street office offering a full range of estate agency services. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The alliance will provide Wetherell with unrivalled marketing and operational resources to rapidly expand their lettings and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/construction-training-ntu\/51028\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">property management<\/a> business. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Over 55% of Mayfair properties are currently rented and Wetherell plans to double the size of its lettings and management department to service this growing sector, drawing upon Dexters\u2019 support and experience of working with 27,000 landlords across the capital. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dexters\u2019 corporate letting and international relocation team handle 200 enquiries a week from global blue-chip companies and institutions relocating employees to London.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Wetherell will also leverage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dexters.co.uk\/invest\/new-homes-developers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dexters\u2019 New Homes division<\/a> and client base, which includes 100 developments currently being advised on or marketed, coinciding with Mayfair\u2019s current building boom that will see over 500 new homes created, increasing the area\u2019s population by 25%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Peter Wetherell, chief executive of Wetherell says: \u201cAs an independent estate agency specialising in Mayfair for the last 37 years, I have been seeking a partnership that will provide Wetherell\u2019s clients with a Londonwide branch network and staff resource to tap into, Dexters is the perfect choice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cThe partnership with Dexters will allow me to strengthen and grow the Wetherell business over the coming years.
