{"id":71275,"date":"2020-02-05T13:56:51","date_gmt":"2020-02-05T13:56:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=71275"},"modified":"2020-02-06T07:53:54","modified_gmt":"2020-02-06T07:53:54","slug":"sustainable-home-developments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/mmc-news\/sustainable-home-developments\/71275\/","title":{"rendered":"BoKlok UK acquires three sites for sustainable homes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boklok.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BoKlok UK Ltd<\/a>, the sustainable home provider jointly owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skanska.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Skanska<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ikea.com\/gb\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IKEA<\/a>, has announced the exchange of contracts on its first three developments<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">BoKlok homes are completed using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/tag\/modern-methods-of-construction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">modern methods of construction<\/a>. This enables high quality, low and predictable costs and minimum waste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The completed homes are manufactured offsite and feature high quality IKEA fittings.
