At Watson, we\u2019re glad to continue supporting the excellent work Bolton at Home does for local people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe key to this development will be ensuring residents are given a quality standard of housing, as well as a sense of community and space that will hopefully impact their day-to-day lives. We\u2019re excited to get started.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Dwellings<\/h3>\n<p>The development will see two three-storey apartment blocks built close to the two-acre site\u2019s boundary with Campbell Street. These will provide 24 one-bedroom apartments and 24 two-bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The 12 houses, arranged in three terraces, will be built to the rear of the site and comprise six three-bedroom and six two-bedroom properties.
