{"id":73625,"date":"2020-03-20T14:25:46","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T14:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=73625"},"modified":"2020-03-20T14:25:46","modified_gmt":"2020-03-20T14:25:46","slug":"pagabo-framework-fees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/pagabo-framework-fees\/73625\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19: Pagabo abandons framework fees under PPN 1\/20"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Procurement group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pagabo.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pagabo<\/a> is to waive framework fees for any projects procured via its frameworks to alleviate COVID-19 pressures<\/h2>\n<p>Pagabo will waive its framework fees using the government\u2019s procurement policy note.<\/p>\n<p>Issued by the UK Cabinet Office on 18 March, <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.publishing.service.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/873521\/PPN_01-20_-_Responding_to_COVID19.v5__1_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">COVID-19, PPN 1\/20<\/a> outlines what procurement options are available to the public sector in light of the current circumstances the industry finds itself in during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/coronavirus-construction-contracts\/71651\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">COVID-19 pandemic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In such exceptional circumstances, authorities may need to procure goods, services and works with extreme urgency.
