Many plant hire firms are staying open during the COVID-19 outbreak to deliver their services to “keep the UK going”, including Speedy<\/a>, Lynch<\/a> and A-Plant<\/a><\/h2>\n

Following Boris Johnson’s lockdown announcement, several plant hire companies are staying open, but introducing new measures in order to comply with government advice<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Speedy<\/h3>\n

Speedy\u2019s recent statement confirmed that they are still open and are operating a normal delivery service.<\/p>\n

Although Speedy are staying open during the coronavirus pandemic<\/a>, all of their front of house shops, and retail store outlets will be closed with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Speedy, said: \u201cSpeedy has taken numerous steps to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 from our normal business operations, and we have been working tirelessly to ensure that we are able to provide a continued provision of service with minimal disruption to our customers.<\/p>\n

\u201cTherefore, although customers are no longer able to walk in and collect equipment, we are still very much open for business through our distribution and logistics network.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lynch<\/h3>\n

A spokesperson for Lynch, said: \u201cOur efforts are focussed on the health & safety of our people, and our customers during this time.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have implemented and are continuously reviewing contingency measures to reduce the risk to our people and to ensure we continue to deliver our services to the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n
