BoKlok\u00a0UK<\/a> has appointed modular housing manufacturer TopHat<\/a> to help deliver part of its first product offering in the UK<\/h2>\n

The\u00a0five-year contract will see\u00a0TopHat\u00a0work with BoKlok to\u00a0manufacture\u00a0two and three-bedroom\u00a0modular homes.<\/p>\n

The modular homes will\u00a0be made\u00a0from timber frames<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0will\u00a0feature\u00a0key BoKlok characteristics such as\u00a0natural light, low energy consumption\u00a0and IKEA\u00a0fittings.<\/p>\n

All homes will be BOPAS<\/a> (Building Offsite Property Assurance Scheme) certified.<\/p>\n

TopHat\u00a0was selected as a key supply chain partner\u00a0due\u00a0to its commitment to quality and sustainability. Its precision-led Modern Methods of Construction<\/a> (MMC) technology uses sustainable materials in factories to produce high quality homes at pace.<\/p>\n

Innovative UK housing<\/h3>\n
