extended its Promap Premium Layers to include vital location intelligence for both current and future projects<\/h2>\n<p>The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/bim-news\/bim-ready-3d-models\/67635\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Promap<\/a> Premium Layers include location intelligence for ancient woodlands, areas of outstanding natural beauty, local nature reserves, Ramsar wetland sites, scheduled monuments, and special protection areas<\/p>\n<p>Landmark Information<u>\u00a0<\/u>has announced an extension of its Promap Premium Layers subscription, with free access until the end of June.<\/p>\n<p>This will provide estate agents, surveyors, developers, architects, and other land and property professionals extensive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/bim-news\/geospatial-location-data\/62198\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">location data<\/a> at the click of a button.<\/p>\n<p>The launch provides property professionals with swift access to a further six datasets, which provide vital location intelligence for both current and future projects, and is <a href=\"https:\/\/info.promap.co.uk\/premium-layers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">available free of charge<\/a> until the end of June\u00a0to support the industry in accessing the data they need to progress new transactions and projects.<\/p>\n<p>These are available\u00a0within Landmark Information\u2019s flagship data and mapping tool,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.promap.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Promap\u00a0v2<\/a>, which already facilitates access to a number of other Premium Layers assets including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning application data<\/li>\n<li>Personal ownership title number information for non-commercial polygons<\/li>\n<li>Price paid data for residential properties in England and Wales<\/li>\n<li>Land use constraints including special areas of conservation (SAC), sites of special scientific interest (SSSI), listed buildings and Green Belt.<\/li>\n<li>OS masterMap highways network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Josh Rains, senior product manager (environment and mapping) at Landmark Information, said: \u201cFollowing consultation with our customers, we are delighted to add six further layers to the Promap Premium Layer subscription service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt provides access to accurate location data, in one place, meaning customers will spend less time sourcing this
