Forta PRO<\/a> has delivered 30 fully furnished modular apartments for developer Paradoumo Group<\/a> in Sweden<\/h2>\n

Forta PRO, STUDLIVING and Blumenthal Group recently completed a new, modular apartment project for the developer Paradoumo Group in S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje, Sweden.<\/p>\n

The developer wanted to build comfortable and affordable rental apartments for young families in the shortest time possible.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe goal with this project was achieved many thanks to Forta PRO\u2019s modular technology<\/a>,\u201d said Sanharib Badur, project manager and co-founder for Paradoumo Group.<\/p>\n

The use of modular technology significantly reduced the duration of the project and ensured the guaranteed quality of finishes and elements.<\/p>\n

As the production of modular building blocks coincided with the site foundation works, the assembly of the building was realised exceedingly faster than in traditional construction \u2013 complete in just eight day.<\/p>\n

Badur added: \u201cThis project was very important to us as one of the Paradoumo group\u2019s objectives is to build and maintain more rental apartments, which is a deficiency in Sweden in general, and Stockholm in particular with many years of waiting for a family to find an affordable living.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will build more rental apartments in the near future and we look forward to contribute to society in a positive manner.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs it is rental apartments, we are paying extra attention to building quality and construction lead-time to create the right standard of living for our tenants as fast as possible.”<\/p>\n

Johan Blumenthal, general contractor on the project, said: \u201cIt\u2019s a perfect project. We\u2019ve done it modular.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was quick; we signed the contract with Forta in December and all the rental guests moved-in on October 1. That\u2019s the benefit of using modular<\/a> as well as the quality and the good cooperation with Forta PRO which was extremely important.\u201d<\/p>\n
