At the top of the list were improvements to productivity, quality, and schedule certainty.<\/p>\n<p>Beside these benefits, modular construction projects also boast a higher ROI, less material waste during construction, and fewer delays. In fact, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nibs.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Institute of Building Sciences<\/a> report, \u201cCompared with traditional construction, permanent modular construction projects have statistically fewer change orders, which makes the design\/ construction process go smoother and faster.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>HOW MBI CAN HELP YOUR COMPANY<\/h3>\n<p>Maybe it\u2019s a key contact we can introduce to you or a best practice you can learn at one of our events.
