the St Thomas\u2019 campus at Evelina London Children\u2019s Hospital<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guysandstthomas.nhs.uk\/Home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Guy\u2019s and St Thomas\u2019 NHS Foundation Trust<\/a> chose Linkcity to deliver the Triangle site on the St Thomas\u2019 campus.<\/p>\n<p>The project will see the delivery of an innovative new generic shell and core building that enables fit-out flexibility for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/modular-construction-news\/healthcare-facilities-covid-19\/75078\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">healthcare<\/a> and potentially co-located complementary research and teaching facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The Triangle development will provide increased capacity for the existing Evelina London Children\u2019s Hospital (ELCH).<\/p>\n<p>The new hospital will offer much-needed facilities, including surgical theatres and imaging suites, for children and young people from across south London and south east England.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme will create significant opportunities for the advancement of innovation in treatments and technologies as part of the Trust\u2019s long-term vision.<\/p>\n<p>The new facilities will create employment for residents in the London Borough of Lambeth.<\/p>\n<p>The ambitious proposals for landscaping will improve the public realm on this part of the Lambeth Palace Road.<\/p>\n<h3>Innovative development<\/h3>\n<p>Linkcity\u2019s\u202fmanaging director, Nicolas\u202fGu\u00e9rin, said:\u202f\u201cLinkcity\u202fis delighted to be working with game-changers in the way the industry provides healthcare real estate and we are proud to be a part of this forward-looking partnership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Triangle project will continue to cement the Trust\u2019s reputation as a global leader in children\u2019s healthcare, as well as improve the health and wellbeing of families in Lambeth and beyond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Linkcity designed the project with architects <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawkinsbrown.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hawkins Brown<\/a>, engineers <a href=\"https:\/\/aecom.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aecom<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ramboll.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ramboll <\/a>and planning consultants <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montagu-evans.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Montagu Evans<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Trust was advised on design by architects <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbbj.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NBBJ<\/a>, engineers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mottmac.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mott MacDonald<\/a> and planning consultants <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glhearn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">G L Hearn<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div
