{"id":80330,"date":"2020-08-04T07:30:23","date_gmt":"2020-08-04T06:30:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=80330"},"modified":"2020-08-03T14:54:20","modified_gmt":"2020-08-03T13:54:20","slug":"consultancy-framework","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/consultancy-framework\/80330\/","title":{"rendered":"Winners of \u00a310m consultancy framework announced"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.efficiencynorth.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EN:Procure<\/a> has chosen 70 consultants to deliver its new consultancy framework worth more than \u00a310m, over the next four years<\/h2>\n<p>The new consultancy framework received over 600 tenders from consultants operating across the North and East Midlands.<\/p>\n<p>The new framework will provide a full range of cost-effective, easily accessible consultancy services for Efficiency North\u2019s membership and customers in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/modular-construction-news\/modular-homes-social-housing\/73300\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">social housing<\/a> and wider public sector in Northern England.<\/p>\n<p>Designed predominantly for social housing, the consultancy framework can also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and\/or managed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/bim-news\/public-sector-standards\/62361\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">public sector<\/a> organisations, including, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices in Yorkshire &amp; Humber, the East Midlands and North West.<\/p>\n<p>The framework has an estimated total value of \u00a310.4m across its four-year lifetime with 8 lots,<\/p>\n<h3>The lots offer the following range of construction-related consultancy services:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Employers agent\/quantity surveying<\/li>\n<li>Architectural services<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical &amp;
