Transport for London said: \u201cWe are doing all we can to ensure a safe transport network, but we need the construction sector to play its part.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Employers\u00a0can help by:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>When travelling on public transport, it is important that passengers continue to follow the latest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/coronavirus-guidance-construction\/74627\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Government guidance<\/a> to ensure they use public transport safely<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing the facilities you offer, such as lockers, showers and cycle storage, to enable your workforce to walk and cycle all or part of their journey to the site<\/li>\n<li>The best time to travel is 08:15-16:00 and after 17:30.
