Property Ltd.<\/p>\n<h3>Master-planned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fosterandpartners.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Foster + Partners<\/a> the transformative project will deliver:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5,000 new homes, of which 1,700 will be affordable<\/li>\n<li>Over 19,000 sq m of new workspace<\/li>\n<li>7,000 sq m of retail and leisure usage<\/li>\n<li>5.7-acres of public open space, including a new 4-acre riverside park and a kilometre-long Thameside walkway<\/li>\n<li>A new DLR station, a primary school, nursery and other community facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keystone CEO, Max James, said: \u201cThameside West links the Lea Valley Regeneration Area with the wider Royal Docks and opens up the river front for the first time in generations providing spectacular views of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/greenwich-peninsula-plans\/77971\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Greenwich Peninsula<\/a>, Canary Wharf to the west and the Royal Docks to the east.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The decision by the deputy mayor to give Thameside West the go-ahead means that Keystone and GLAP can kick start the development with the first phase, comprising 401 mixed-tenure homes and 35,000 sq ft of workspace.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase has been designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcaslan.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">John McAslan &amp;
