Framework<\/a> has concluded the tender process for its professional services agreement<\/h2>\n<p>After receiving tenders from over 400 individual practices, the Procure Partnership appointed suppliers to the professional services agreement against the below disciplines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architectural design<\/li>\n<li>Landscape architectural design<\/li>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<li>Structural engineering<\/li>\n<li>Civil engineering<\/li>\n<li>Quantity surveying<\/li>\n<li>MEP design<\/li>\n<li>Building surveying<\/li>\n<li>Principle designer<\/li>\n<li>Fire engineering<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/energy-news\/engie-refit-framework\/78050\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sustainability and environmental<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The agreement is divided across the below 11 regional lots:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>North East<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/procure-partnerships-framework\/68031\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">North West<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Yorkshire<\/li>\n<li>East Midlands<\/li>\n<li>West Midlands<\/li>\n<li>East of England<\/li>\n<li>London<\/li>\n<li>South East<\/li>\n<li>South West<\/li>\n<li>Wales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Professional Services Agreement will run 4 years and will run alongside the already established national contractor frameworks.<\/p>\n<h3>Procure Partnerships now has three national service offers for the public sector:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Procure Partnerships Framework (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/minor-works-framework\/73277\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Contractor Minor Works<\/a>) Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Procure Partnerships Framework (Contractor Major Works) Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Procure Partnerships Framework (Professional Services) Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience delivering across all public sub-sectors<\/h3>\n<p>Robbie Blackhurst, Procure Partnerships Framework director, said: \u201cThis agreement has been two years in the making and it now allows the Procure Partnerships Framework to offer a one stop shop of both professional services and contractor appointments to our public sector clients.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The framework is divided into sub-regional lots supporting the appointment of both local and national practices, offering both Direct Award and Further Competition project call-offs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Blackhurst added: \u201cWe were extremally impressed with the quality of tenders received and delighted with the calibre of suppliers that we now have locked into our four-year agreement.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The breadth of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/construction-framework-provider\/77833\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">public sector<\/a> delivery experience across our supplier partners is impressive and we are excited to work with and support them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was important to us that our supplier partners have demonstrable experience of delivering across all public sub-sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This attracted 20% of the total evaluation which has meant that we have suppliers who have outstanding experience of delivering education, heart care, leisure, and blue light projects within their specific allotted geographies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You can view the winners <a
