has secured a \u00a36.8m mechanical and engineering contract on Phase 2 of the Royal Warwick Square development to deliver essential infrastructure<\/h2>\n<p>This is the third contract Vital Energi has won on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/energy-news\/royal-warwick-square\/68766\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Royal Warwick Square<\/a> development.<\/p>\n<p>It will see them deliver essential infrastructure for Block J, creating 86 extra-care dwellings which are owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goldmansachs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Goldman Sachs<\/a> and operated by Riverstone.<\/p>\n<p>The project is due to commence in August 2020 with a 52-week delivery schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Vital will progress the design from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.architecture.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RIBA<\/a> stage 3 to RIBA stage 5 and deliver essential infrastructure.<\/p>\n<h3>Including:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Nurse Call System<\/li>\n<li>Orcomm home automation system with Concierge integration<\/li>\n<li>WAP<\/li>\n<li>Apartment fire suppression systems<\/li>\n<li>Water Leak Detection within all Bathrooms, Kitchens and Mechanical Cupboards<\/li>\n<li>Fire stopping solution in conjunction with Hilti<\/li>\n<li>Viega Pipework including Smart press within Apartments<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/building-control-news\/housebuilders-sustainable-water-management\/54325\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rainwater Harvesting System<\/a> for the site-wide irrigation system<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable communities with low-carbon energy solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Communities with low-carbon
