href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/construction-smes-covid\/80715\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SMEs<\/a> the content to help create a complete package of ongoing support for employees.<\/p>\n<p>The current economic circumstances mean many of the businesses in the construction and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/uk-engineering-skills\/81799\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">engineering sector<\/a> are having to refocus their activities and, as a result, are making changes to their workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Faced with the added financial pressures of the upcoming end to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/furlough-scheme-extended\/76130\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">furlough scheme<\/a>, many more businesses will be facing
