confirmed the final contractors for its AMP7 programme to deliver the clean and wastewater projects<\/h2>\n<p>The contractors will deliver clean and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/bim-news\/bim4water-expands\/81457\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wastewater projects<\/a> will include schemes to provide additional resilience to potable water supplies and protecting and enhancing the environment within communities across London and the Thames Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The frameworks are extendable into AMP8 and could see Thames award up to \u00a34bn of investment to undertake work on all types of above and below ground assets.<\/p>\n<p>Following the awards of frameworks in two lots earlier this year, five further lots of successful contractors have been announced.<\/p>\n<h3>The successful contractors are:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lot 3 \u2013 Non-Infrastructure \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallifordtry.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Galliford Try<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/mwhconstructors.com\/mwh-treatment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MWH Treatment<\/a> (London).<\/li>\n<li>Lot 4 \u2013 Non-Infrastructure \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interserve.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Interserve<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mottmacbentley.co.uk\/mmb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mott Macdonald Bentley<\/a> (Thames Valley).<\/li>\n<li>Lot 5 \u2013 Infrastructure \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.murphygroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">J Murphy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barhale.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Barhale Ltd<\/a> (London \u2013 North).<\/li>\n<li>Lot 6 \u2013 Infrastructure \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.morrisonus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Morrison Utility Service<\/a> and Galliford Try (London \u2013 South).<\/li>\n<li>Lot 7 \u2013 Infrastructure \u2013 Morrison Utility Service and Mott Macdonald Bentley (Thames Valley).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u2018Final piece of the jigsaw\u2019<\/h3>\n<p>John Bentley, Thames Water\u2019s capital delivery director, said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to have now appointed our partners to plug the final piece of the jigsaw for our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/thames-water-amp7\/79388\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AMP7 delivery<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have ambitious plans and are looking forward to working together to outperform expectations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThames cannot achieve success without our partners being successful and we\u2019re committed to making that happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The latest geographical frameworks follow on from lots announced in May and will run parallel to the Thames-wide frameworks.<\/p>\n<p>The AMP7 implements an \u2018intelligent client\u2019 operating model which will see the company bring more activities in-house in the key areas of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/asset-management-built-environment\/62094\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">asset management<\/a>, programme management, project management, technical assurance and commercial management.<\/p>\n<p>Work will be delivered through a series of delivery \u201crunways\u201d covering all of the capital programme and these latest frameworks will operate on Runway 2, the main delivery route.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mk-custom-module-container\">\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thames Water has
