{"id":85082,"date":"2020-11-10T09:02:44","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T09:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=85082"},"modified":"2020-11-10T09:02:44","modified_gmt":"2020-11-10T09:02:44","slug":"student-accommodation-complete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/student-accommodation-complete\/85082\/","title":{"rendered":"Phase one of Coventry student accommodation complete"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/hwa-consulting.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Howard Ward Associates (HWA)<\/a>\u00a0has helped complete phase one of The Oaks \u2013 a significant student development close to the University of Warwick<\/h2>\n<p>The building, known as Oaks 1, is located less than a kilometre from the University of Warwick.<\/p>\n<p>It was developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mclarengroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">McLaren Property<\/a>, together with project managers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stace.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stace<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.corstorphine-wright.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Corstorphine + Wright Architects<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The scheme benefits from over 6,800 sq. ft. of amenity space;
