{"id":86145,"date":"2020-12-03T09:09:05","date_gmt":"2020-12-03T09:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=86145"},"modified":"2020-12-03T09:09:05","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T09:09:05","slug":"citb-apprenticeship-support","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/citb-apprenticeship-support\/86145\/","title":{"rendered":"CITB announces changes to apprenticeship support service"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citb.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CITB<\/a> has expanded its apprenticeship support service throughout 2021 to benefit all levy-registered construction employers<\/h2>\n<p>CITB currently offers employer and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/citb-support-for-apprentices\/82657\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">apprenticeship support<\/a> for 7,000 contracted apprenticeships \u2013 around a third of the total marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>Under the plans, CITB will offer a support service to all employers with apprentices, on an employer demand-led basis.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate this, CITB will move direct, funded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/construction-apprenticeships\/78111\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">delivery of apprenticeships<\/a> in England to existing providers.
