Dominvs Group<\/a> has been given the green light for the \u00a3250m mixed-use regeneration project on the Euro House site in Wembley<\/h2>\n

The regeneration project<\/a> on the Euro House site in Wembley will provide 493 apartments and penthouses, retail outlets and 30,000 sq ft of makerspace, complete with high-quality public realm, canal-like feature and landscaping.<\/p>\n

The consented Euro House development is one of the largest residential schemes that Dominvs Group has taken through planning.<\/p>\n

The planning application is part of the group\u2019s strategy to diversify into the residential market over the next five years.<\/p>\n

The new Euro House site is designed by architectural practice AHMM<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The development is located on a freehold 2.8-acre industrial site on Fulton Road, with a former warehouse building and yard set to be replaced by four striking new buildings, rising from 11 to 21-storey.<\/p>\n

The buildings will contain one, two and three-bedroom apartments of which 98 will provide affordable housing.<\/p>\n

Another aspect of the project will be to transform Wealdstone Brook, a tributary of the River Brent, into a new canal-like feature within the development, increasing its naturalisation and biodiversity<\/a>, whilst also creating a pleasant amenity for future residents and visitors.<\/p>\n

The Euro House site will have more than 900 cycle parking spaces, cyclist-friendly pathways and pedestrian boulevards, supporting Brent\u2019s aspirations for providing sustainable transport solutions in the area.<\/p>\n

It has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.<\/p>\n

Husnell Ahluwalia, director of Dominvs Group, said: \u201cDominvs Group is delighted that the flagship \u00a3250m mixed-use regeneration project on the Euro House site has received planning consent.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith this consent Dominvs Group has achieved significant value-enhancement to the site, which once developed, will be one of the largest urban regeneration schemes in Wembley Park<\/a>, a leisure and retail destination which had over 20 million visitors last year.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new Euro House development will provide high quality housing, retail and makerspace units and is on the doorstep of the iconic Wembley Stadium and the adjacent London Designer Outlet retail village, which has over 7 million visitors per annum and is one of the most popular designer outlet villages in the UK.\u201d<\/p>\n
