bringing over 20 years infrastructure programme delivery experience<\/h2>\n<p>Most recently David Martin worked as part of the team which successfully laid the foundation for paragon commercial delivery partner for <a href=\"https:\/\/des.mod.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Defence Equipment and Support<\/a> (DE&amp;S), a model which has been successfully replicated to further secure COMM DP, the delivery partner for the whole of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/ministry-of-defence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ministry of Defence<\/a>\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n<p>As Mace\u2019s new head of defence, Martin will expand the organisation\u2019s capability and service offer in this sector, building client relationships and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/bim-news\/digital-twins-data-quality\/85742\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">driving digital technologies<\/a> to tackle programme challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Established in 2016, Mace\u2019s defence business has expanded successfully and rapidly, now providing a wide range of fully integrated project and programme management services, alongside construction management and strategic advisory, acting as the trusted delivery partner to the UK\u2019s defence sector.<\/p>\n<p>Mace builds and deploys unique, integrated supply chains and works with clients and alongside design teams to incorporate security resilience and frameworks at the design stage of a new build or refurbishment project.<\/p>\n<h3>Capitalising on the sector\u2019s growth<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/mace-leadership-team\/71551\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jason Millett<\/a>, CEO for consultancy at Mace, said: \u201cWe are delighted to promote David as the new head of defence within Mace\u2019s Consult business, capitalising on the
