Urban&Civic<\/a> and modular housebuilder TopHat<\/a> have launched a new range of contemporary modular homes at the Houlton development in Warwickshire<\/h2>\n

Under the agreement, TopHat will deliver 38 homes for sale as part of the first phase of 6,200-home Houlton development.<\/p>\n

The new modular homes<\/a> will be highly sustainable, delivering significant improvements in energy efficiency over current building standards.<\/p>\n

The homes will be manufactured in single-storey modules at TopHat\u2019s factory in Derby, before being transported to Houlton in January, with on-site assembly expected to take a matter of days.<\/p>\n

Civic Living will join Houlton\u2019s four premium housebuilders, Davidsons Homes<\/a>, Redrow Homes<\/a>, Morris Homes<\/a> and Crest Nicholson<\/a>, which are already offering a selection of three, four, and five-bed homes on site.<\/p>\n

Urban&Civic will deliver a wide range of additional amenities on site, including a secondary school opening this September, a further two primary schools, a nursery and a convenience store.<\/p>\n

Set within 1,200 acres of open space, Houlton is a joint venture between master developers Urban&Civic and Aviva Investors<\/a> and will eventually feature 6,200 new homes, as well as a host of on-site facilities and expansive green infrastructure.<\/p>\n
