Galliard Homes<\/a> has finalised the purchase of TCRW SOHO from TfL, a \u00a3140m residential-led development on Oxford Street<\/h2>\n

Galliard will now commence the \u00a355m two year construction project for the TCRW SOHO scheme which will provide 92 apartments and 9,939 sq ft of ground-floor retail space.<\/p>\n

The development is situated above the new western entrance to the Elizabeth line at Tottenham Court Road<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Designed by architectural practice Hawkins\\Brown<\/a> with specification and interior design by Argent Design, TCRW Soho will comprise two new buildings, one Art Deco in style providing 69 apartments and a 7,989 sq ft Oxford Street retail unit, and the other Georgian-inspired in style, providing 23 apartments and 1,950 sq ft of new retail accommodation and kiosks.<\/p>\n

Savills helped negotiate the purchase agreement with Galliard Homes.<\/p>\n

Galliard Construction is the principal contractor for TCRW Soho with Ramboll<\/a> acting as consulting engineers.<\/p>\n

\u2018Best practice residential-led regeneration\u2019<\/h3>\n

Don O\u2019 Sullivan, chief executive of Galliard Homes, said: \u201cAs the leading independent builder of new homes for Londoners Galliard Homes is delighted to be working with Transport for London.<\/p>\n

\u201cTCRW Soho is an example of a best practice residential-led regeneration project<\/a> located above this 21st<\/sup> Century, new entrance to a key central London transport interchange giving the homeowners doorstep access to the West End and Soho.\u201d<\/p>\n

The scheme is scheduled for completion in Summer 2023.<\/p>\n
