Keepmoat Homes<\/a> and LiveWest<\/a> have partnered with ilke Homes<\/a> to deliver 41 modular homes in Bridgewater<\/h2>\n

The partnership between LiveWest and Keepmoat Homes has paved the way for 41 modular homes<\/a> to be constructed at the Parade, Bridgwater as part of a site delivering a total of 159 homes.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, ilke Homes manufactured the 41 modular homes along production lines at the company\u2019s factory in Knaresborough, Yorkshire.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"modular<\/p>\n

The homes at the Parade are some of the most energy-efficient in the country. <\/span><\/p>\n

ilke Homes is able to manufacture its modular homes to consistently achieve at least a \u2018B\u2019 Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating, with the majority achieving an \u2018A\u2019 \u2013 making them more energy-efficient than 92% of the UK\u2019s housing<\/a> stock.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The homes are also backed by the same NHBC Build Mark Warranty that traditionally built homes offer. This means that buyers will find it just as easy to mortgage and insure their new modular home as they would with one built using conventional methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2018Championing innovation in housebuilding\u2019<\/h3>\n

Parry Morgan, head of construction and delivery for LiveWest, said: \u201cThese are truly exciting times to be developing affordable housing with modular homes revolutionising the way we deliver new homes. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe speed that houses can be constructed means we can deliver homes quicker and accelerate tackling the region\u2019s housing crisis<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIn addition to the increased pace of delivery, modular provide a factory build quality that will see a huge improvement in the customer satisfaction of homes, reducing the number of defects in new properties.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe were delighted to have worked on this innovative project with Sedgemoor District Council<\/a>, Keepmoat Homes and ilke Homes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
