Mace<\/a> has launched its 2026 Business Strategy which sets out a vision of a more sustainable, and inclusive business model<\/h2>\n

Mace\u2019s 2026 Business Strategy aims to redefine the boundaries of ambition.<\/p>\n

Responding to the global climate emergency<\/a> and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Mace has overhauled its strategy.<\/p>\n

In conjunction with this, the business has set itself new growth targets that will see it work to drive a 20% growth in margin each year, target achieving \u00a33bn in annual revenue and aim to employ more than 8,000 people by 2026 across its four engines for growth \u2013 develop, construct, consult and operate.<\/p>\n

Its offer to clients will focus on creating a fundamental transformation in how the built environment is delivered and operated \u2013 reducing carbon, driving the adoption of a digital-first, \u2018construction to production\u2019 approach and prioritising the creation of social value<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018Bold vision for the future\u2019<\/h3>\n

Mark Reynolds, Mace\u2019s group chief executive, said: \u201cOur new purpose \u2013 to redefine the boundaries of ambition \u2013 is a reflection of Mace\u2019s exceptional heritage and our bold vision for the future.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last twelve months have shown that companies in all sectors must urgently change how we do business, and our new strategy responds to two of the great challenges of our time: addressing climate change and creating a more diverse and inclusive global society.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy putting purpose at the heart of our strategy, our vision is that by 2026 Mace will be leading the way across the globe in disrupting how the built environment<\/a> is developed, built and operated \u2013 from creating new models for town centre regeneration and housing delivery driven by social value to working with our clients to radically transform how we construct buildings and infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reynolds added: \u201cOur strength as a business has always been our exceptional people and their industry-defining ambition and expertise.<\/p>\n
