RED Construction<\/a> has appointed Nikki Treweek as the head of learning and development to form part of the company\u2019s strategy to develop and support new and existing employees<\/h2>\n

Nikki Treweek is a key appointment for RED Construction as she will also help attract, identify, develop and retain talent at all levels.<\/p>\n

Treweek will join the recently appointed David Owen MCIOB as operations director to the RED Construction management team who has been brought on to oversee two of the firm\u2019s key current projects: the 16,170 sq ft residential conversion and extension at South London\u2019s Audiology House at 45 Nightingale Lane<\/a>, and the \u00a317m redevelopment of Townsend House<\/a> in the heart of London\u2019s Victoria district.<\/p>\n

Treweek, a chartered Fellow Member and CIPD Graduate brings 21 years of learning and development experience to RED Construction and has been responsible for the development of individuals across both construction and corporate services sectors.<\/p>\n

Specialising in designing and facilitating in-house management & leadership development programmes, in-house trainee schemes<\/a> and apprenticeship\/graduate programmes and implementing learning management systems (LMS), Treweek\u2019s priority is to carry out a full \u2018Training Needs Analysis\u2019 to identify the needs and priorities of the business in order to build the team for RED Constructions plans for the future.<\/p>\n

Building and strengthening skills<\/h3>\n

Graham Sturge, managing director of Farringdon-based RED Construction, said: \u201cOur success over the last few years has been the result of our brilliant team and we recognise the importance of retaining and developing talent.<\/p>\n
