Living Space Housing<\/a> has appointed former Wates manager, Keith Harris as its new contracts manager to oversee three live developments in Shropshire and Oxfordshire<\/h2>\n

Keith Harris joins Living Space from Wates Construction North West, where he was a construction manager<\/a> for various residential projects, as well as having pre-construction responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, he was a contracts manager for Kier Living\u2019s central region, where he oversaw the delivery of both open market and affordable homes.<\/p>\n

Before that, he was a contracts manager for Seddon Construction for 12 years.<\/p>\n

Keith Harris is experienced in managing colleagues and contractors while working as part of a senior leadership team. He is skilled in health and safety<\/a> training and has extensive knowledge of working alongside the NHBC.<\/p>\n

Keeping \u2018build projects on track\u2019<\/h3>\n

Steve Davies, managing director of Living Space Housing, said: \u201cKeith has been brought on board to oversee two of our live developments in Telford for The Wrekin Housing Group and our green energy heat source project in Oxfordshire<\/a> for our new client Paradigm.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe will manage the key supply chain relationships and be an integral part of our management communication channel.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs an experienced contracts manager, Keith will implement our wide-ranging quality standards, troubleshoot where required, and ensure our build programmes are kept on track.\u201d<\/p>\n

Keith Harris, contracts manager for Living Space Housing, added: \u201cIt is exciting to be joining a company that is growing at such a rapid pace, as there is plenty of scope for career development and to broaden my experience and skills base.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have worked with a number of my new colleagues previously, so it is really nice to be joining such a friendly and welcoming team.<\/p>\n
