waterfront<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Graham was appointed by joint venture partners, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pattenproperties.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Patten Properties<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.panaceapd.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Panacea Property Development<\/a>, on behalf of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.invesco.com\/us\/en\/country-splash.html?src=%2Fus%2Fen%2Finstitutional%2Fstrategies%2Falternatives%2Finvesco-real-estate.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Invesco Real Estate<\/a>, the global real estate investment manager, as part of its growing UK residential portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/new-homes-macclesfield\/80220\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Liverpool property<\/a> features 383 apartments which are a mixture of one, two and three-bed that offer views across the River Mersey and Albert Dock.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrw.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Leach Rhodes Walker Architects<\/a>, The Copper House is framed around two concrete tower structures, with off-site podded bathrooms, and a system fa\u00e7ade designed to withstand inclement riverside weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>It includes communal space, resident lounge and a private gym, alongside 1,000 sq ft of ground-floor commercial units.<\/p>\n<p>Residents will also benefit from rooftop facilities, such as a garden space with flexible and fixed seating, booth seating areas with fire pits and fire tables, an outdoor covered kitchen, and a multi-use central space suitable for events or exercise.<\/p>\n<p>The area is enclosed by a 2m high glass balustrade to provide weather protection.<\/p>\n<h3>A modern living environment<\/h3>\n<p>Peter Reavey, Graham
