further 75 affordable homes to Stockton on Tees, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.musedevelopments.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Muse Developments<\/a> has submitted plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stockton.gov.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stockton on Tees Borough Council<\/a> to bring the phase forward<\/h2>\n<p>Thirteen \u2013 announced in 2020 as one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/homes-england\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Homes England<\/a>\u2019s strategic partners \u2013 has been involved in the Northshore scheme with Muse for a number of years.<\/p>\n<p>Previous phases of development delivered in partnership with Thirteen have included a new HQ office building and 35 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership throughout previous phases of the Homezone at Northshore.<\/p>\n<p>The wider Northshore scheme, which is less than a mile from Stockton high street, is being delivered by Muse, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/affordable-homes-funding\/91654\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in partnership with Homes England<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 56-acre gateway development will provide in the region of 350 homes across a range of tenures, 80,000 sq ft of office accommodation, a new 128-bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel and extensive public realm improvements.<\/p>\n<p>It is anticipated that the fourth phase at Northshore will begin on site in the autumn.<\/p>\n<h3>Boosting local economy<\/h3>\n<p>Simon Dew, development director at Muse, said: \u201cWorking closely with Thirteen, we\u2019re delighted to submit planning to bring forward the latest phase of homes, despite these current challenging times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very much looking forward to adding to the vibrant and diverse waterside community we\u2019ve created here in partnership with Thirteen, Homes England and Stockton on Tees Borough Council.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTogether, we\u2019re working to boost the local economy, create opportunities for local people and generate a wide mix of homes to suit everyone\u2019s needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Miles Crossley, head of land at Thirteen, added: \u201cThis exciting development in a stunning Riverside location will not only increase the supply of affordable homes to rent but will also support a new generation of homeowners with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/shared-ownership-housing-crisis\/67598\/\" target=\"_blank\"
