Graitec<\/a> has acquired StrucSoft Solutions<\/a>, a software developer dedicated to prefabricated manufacturing and offsite construction within the AEC industry<\/h2>\n

Originally founded in 1994 by George Ajami, StrucSoft Solutions is a Canadian-based software developer, dedicated to the prefabricated manufacturing and offsite construction sectors within the AEC industry.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec StrucSoft opened an office in Liverpool in 2017 to provide support to North American and European clients.<\/p>\n

The company develops a suite of light gauge steel<\/a> and wood framing software to model, coordinate, engineer, and manufacture directly within the Autodesk Revit\u00ae environment.<\/p>\n

Graitec, now operating in 10 plus countries, is already established in StrucSoft\u2019s main markets (i.e., USA, Canada and UK) creating immediate commercial synergies.<\/p>\n

From a technological point of view, Graitec<\/a> and StrucSoft share the same strong DNA. StrucSoft Solutions\u2019 MWF (or Metal Wood Framer) software completes the functional coverage of Graitec\u2019s Fabricate offering by adding light gauge steel and wood to existing rebar, prefabricated concrete and structural steel.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of StrucSoft Solutions reinforces Graitec\u2019s CREATE \u2013 SIMULATE \u2013 FABRICATE \u2013 MANAGE strategy and its willingness to provide end to end solutions for the construction industry.<\/p>\n
