{"id":92746,"date":"2021-04-29T10:22:38","date_gmt":"2021-04-29T09:22:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=92746"},"modified":"2021-04-29T10:22:38","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T09:22:38","slug":"reds10-offsite-schools","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/mmc-news\/reds10-offsite-schools\/92746\/","title":{"rendered":"Reds10 begins work on \u00a345m offsite school projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reds10.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reds10<\/a> is advancing plans to deliver over \u00a345m of new school-build projects for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/department-for-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Department for Education\u2019s<\/a> \u00a33bn offsite schools framework<\/h2>\n<p>Reds10 is delivering over \u00a345m of works for the\u00a0new school buildings, which are part of the first wave of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/mmc-news\/offsite-schools-framework-dfe\/70185\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new MMC schools<\/a> to be built in the next four years.<\/p>\n<p>The first project to reach contract award on the framework was Reds10\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.educatetogether.org.uk\/swindon-abbey-farm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abbey Farm Educate Together Primary School<\/a>\u00a0in Swindon, which was submitted for\u00a0planning just 13 weeks after appointment\u00a0and is aiming to achieve\u00a0net zero operational carbon.
