{"id":93006,"date":"2021-05-05T14:47:16","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T13:47:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=93006"},"modified":"2021-05-05T14:47:16","modified_gmt":"2021-05-05T13:47:16","slug":"keltbray-management-buyout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/keltbray-management-buyout\/93006\/","title":{"rendered":"Keltbray Lagan Power completes management buyout"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The founders of Keltbray Lagan Power, a part of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.keltbray.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keltbray Group<\/a> since 2018, have completed a management buyout of the business<\/h2>\n<p>The company will now trade as Lagan Energy Engineering Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is effective from 30 April 2021 with directors Emmet Lagan and Stephen Lagan acquiring the majority shareholding from Keltbray Group (Holdings) Limited.<\/p>\n<p>Lagan Energy Engineering will continue to be based from its existing offices in Omagh Co.
