Wates Residential<\/a> has appointed Andrew Savege as its new head of partnerships to play a crucial role in bidding for new developments<\/h2>\n

Andrew Sevege will play a key role in bidding for new developments<\/a> and maintaining and developing the firm\u2019s long-term relationships with its local authority and housing association partners.<\/p>\n

Joining with over 30 years\u2019 experience in property development, mixed-tenure regeneration<\/a> and joint venture development partnerships with local authorities, Sevege’s appointment takes effect from the beginning of May 2021.<\/p>\n

Leading bids for new developments<\/h3>\n

Helen Bunch, executive managing director at Wates Residential, said: \u201cBeing a family business allows us to take a long-term view and invest in the relationships we have with local authority and housing association partners.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe listen to our customers and have created this new head of partnerships role and appointed Andrew to the task to be their internal voice.<\/p>\n
