{"id":93523,"date":"2021-05-18T09:19:03","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T08:19:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=93523"},"modified":"2021-05-18T09:19:03","modified_gmt":"2021-05-18T08:19:03","slug":"mechanical-west-end-gate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/mechanical-west-end-gate\/93523\/","title":{"rendered":"Vital Energi secures \u00a37.3m mechanical West End Gate contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitalenergi.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vital Energi<\/a> has won the combined \u00a37.3m mechanical infrastructure and mechanical fit-out package for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berkeleygroup.co.uk\/about-us\/our-brands\/berkeley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Berkeley Homes<\/a>\u2019 West End Gate development<\/h2>\n<p>Located moments from the neighbourhoods of Marylebone and Little Venice, and just a one minute walk from the nearest tube (Edgware Road), West End Gate boasts a range of apartments situated around private landscaped gardens with a landmark <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/sisk-tower-westferry\/60793\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">30-storey tower<\/a> as its hub.<\/p>\n<p>Residents can enjoy facilities including a cinema room, private gym, swimming pool and spa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/energy-news\/vital-energi-oval-village-contract\/91017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vital Energi will continue<\/a> their relationship with Berkeley Homes after winning two mechanical packages for West End Gate;
