A2Dominion<\/a> has appointed Graham<\/a> as one of the preferred construction partners onto a four-year framework to support the delivery of its \u00a3900m estate investment plan<\/h2>\n

The aim of the framework is to deliver a number of residential properties and community amenities such as schools, highways and substations across England, with a particular focus on London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, East Sussex, Oxfordshire and Bristol.<\/p>\n

Graham has been appointed to deliver five out of a total of six lots with three-valued between \u00a310m \u2013 \u00a325m and two contracts valued over \u00a325m.<\/p>\n

Residential units will be predominantly new build in nature and incorporate a mix of two to three-storey builds and multi-storey towers.<\/p>\n

This follows Graham\u2019s appointment to deliver the Egham Gateway<\/a> project, a new-mixed use scheme in Surrey.<\/p>\n

This development will see the construction of 200 residential units of mixed-tenure, retail units and a cinema.<\/p>\n

A great achievement for Graham<\/h3>\n

\u201cThis appointment is one of a number of key strategic framework appointments, with Graham\u2019s London and South East team having also been selected to deliver frameworks for Hyde Group, Pagabo, Procure Partnerships and Crown Commercial Services<\/a> as well as also being appointed to deliver London Borough of Barnet\u2019s Strategic Construction Partnership Barnet and the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) framework.\u201d<\/p>\n
